For your confidential-format seminars – board meetings, work sessions, or team training – Domaine d'Arès offers two independent houses, perfect for hosting 5 to 20 participants in a warm, home-like atmosphere.
The Meadow House features a spacious lounge ideal for meetings, whether in U-shape or theatre-style format.
The Poolside House provides a refined and convivial setting for your meals, whether served indoors or outdoors by the pool.
The Domaine offers nine bedrooms, accommodating 9 guests in single occupancy or 13 in twin rooms. For larger groups, we partner with a 4-star establishment located just 300 metres away, connected by a private path, ensuring extended accommodation capacity.
For your presentations and workshops, we provide essential furniture and basic technical equipment – screen, video projector, and flipchart – to ensure the smooth running of your work sessions.
A Characterful Venue for Your Grand Events
For your large-scale events – accommodating up to 150 guests in a conference-style setup – Domaine d'Arès offers you The Barn, the estate's former stables, recently restored into an authentic 195 m² reception hall, partially equipped (screen and video projector).
Its patio, with its natural and warm décor, is ideal for welcoming guests and hosting the cloakroom, while the adjoining outdoor spaces provide the perfect setting for breaks and meals throughout the day.
