The Little Annexe – An Authentic, Secluded Studio
As a complement to the Domaine's two large houses – Poolside Villa and Meadow House – the Domaine d'Arès also offers for rent a charming 36 m² studio which, much like the rest of the estate, provides a warm and authentic setting.
Tucked away from the rest of the Domaine, it offers guests a true haven of peace and absolute relaxation.
The Little Annexe perfectly reflects the spirit of the estate… With a décor that exudes simplicity, a subtle blend of natural tones, raw materials, wood, soft textures, and gentle lighting, this is a true cocoon of well-being.
This spacious, self-contained studio features an entrance hall, a lounge area with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a sleeping area separated by a stylish glass partition, a bathroom with a bathtub, and separate WC. It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests.
Flooded with natural light, its large bay windows open directly onto a private 60 m² wooden deck, landscaped and furnished with outdoor seating and sun loungers – the perfect spot to unwind between outings or meetings, from the first sunny days onwards.
In harmony with nature, this functional little retreat is ideal for recharging your batteries away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

The Club House Room
In April 2023, the Domaine undertook the renovation of its former stables, transforming them into a beautiful reception hall to host both private and corporate events in a warm and authentic setting.
As part of this renovation, the Club House – once a gathering place for riders – was also redesigned. It now includes a fully equipped and functional catering space to meet the needs of events held at The Barn, as well as a brand-new guest room for two, expanding the Domaine's accommodation offer.
Nestled within the former Club House, halfway between The Barn and the main houses, this independent 20 m² room immerses you in the singular atmosphere of a space steeped in history, where the walls tell the story of passing time.
Overlooking The Barn's gardens, it offers direct access to a beautiful wooden terrace – an immediate invitation to unwind and let go.
Comprising a sleeping area and a shower room, it is ideal for hosting a couple or two guests in twin bedding. True to the Domaine's style and that of its other accommodations, every detail has been carefully considered to offer guests a genuine haven of peace, where time seems to stand still. Its simple décor, soft tones, and natural materials create an irresistibly cosy atmosphere.
Whether for a romantic getaway, a relaxing stay, or a business retreat, The Club House Room promises an unforgettable experience, imbued with authentic charm and timeless appeal.
Note : Situated just steps from The Barn, this room can also serve as a convenient extra bedroom for young children during a festive event, allowing parents to fully enjoy their evening in complete peace of mind.
