The Poolside Villa is a charming holiday home that combines generous living spaces, quality materials, and elegant interior design.
As the Domaine's most comfortable residence, it offers 265 m² of living space, a south-east exposure, and a private saltwater pool.
Ground Floor
The entrance opens onto a spacious 100 m² living area, featuring a dining space with a beautiful farmhouse table, a cosy and fully equipped lounge with a designer fireplace, and a highly functional open-plan kitchen.
Large picture windows overlook the pool and garden, flooding the space with natural light.
A utility room with a toilet and washing machine completes the ground floor.
The house also boasts a 160 m² south-east-facing terrace and a stunning 12 × 3.5 m pool. For your comfort, the outdoor space includes sun loungers, outdoor lounge furniture, dining tables, a plancha grill, a barbecue, and a hot outdoor shower.
The pool is the centrepiece of this outdoor area. It features a saltwater filtration system and is secured with an automatic safety cover. The pool is heated to 26°C via a heat pump during the summer season (from May 1st to September 30th).
First Floor
A striking wood-and-steel staircase leads to the upper level, offering 170 m² of living space.
It includes a 20 m² mezzanine with a desk and a sofa bed, as well as four bedrooms ranging from 15 to 50 m² – including a stunning 50 m² master suite with a freestanding bathtub and a walk-in closet.
Depending on your chosen configuration, the house can comfortably accommodate 8 to 10 guests, including the additional sofa bed in the mezzanine.
Beds are made up upon arrival, and final cleaning is included, so you can focus on what truly matters – enjoying your stay.
This villa is available for seasonal rental, or as part of a residential seminar or wedding booking.
For Your Leisure
A selection of board games (Scrabble, Monopoly, playing cards…), a cable TV, and free Wi-Fi access are available to make your stay even more enjoyable.
The Domaine also offers shared outdoor amenities, including a pétanque court and a ping-pong table.
Its vast outdoor spaces invite you to enjoy other sports and leisure activities such as badminton, hockey, and more.
